Well, if you don’t have much time and want to cook a simple, fast, and delicious, you must try the following recipe.

How to make Indonesian Food “Oseng Salted Squid ”  


1.5 ounces of salted squid.
After washing, soak in hot water for about 10 minutes to reduce the salty. Drain well.
Half the onions are chopped.
2 red cayenne fruit
3 curly red chilies
5 red onion cloves
2 cloves of garlic
3 orange leaves
2 lemongrass sticks
1 segment of ginger
1 medium size tomato
Adequate sugar
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
How to make:
Saute onion until fragrant.
Add chili, tomatoes, lemongrass, ginger and orange leaves.
If it’s already wilted, add squid, sugar and oyster sauce. Stir well.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Taste correction and ready to be served.
